Bill "Guillaume" Ing is a graduate of McCall's School of Cake
Design in Toronto, having earned the certificate title of Master Cake
Decorator. Following in the footsteps of both his father and
grandfather, both chefs, what started out as a hobby has quickly
developed into a passion shared with family, friends, and clients alike.

His first cake was for his very own wedding in June of 2001 and since
then, he has delighted the taste buds of many the sweet-toothed party
guest by using only the freshest and finest ingredients to concoct his
edible crafts. All cakes are made from scratch and custom-designed to
suit the party and the budget. Occasions are not limited to weddings
either. Bill's cakes have been the sweet guest of honour at
anniversaries, workplace events, and children's parties.

Whether you're looking for a simple stacked creation or an
elaborately-tiered work of art, Bill's designs are sure to please. With
a variety of flavours available including Four Layer Fudge, Mocha Fudge
Buttercream, White Chocolate Cheesecake, Dacquoise & Buttercream,
Pumpkin & Chocolate Cheesecake, Cashew Nut Fudge Brownie, and
seasonal fruit creations, your guests will be sure to save room for
dessert!
Prices range from $20 for a 6" round cake with pick-up or delivery
available in the Greater Toronto Area.
